Room Sharing Forum

In an effort to help save housing costs, we have formed an online forum for attendees to arrange to share a hotel room. If you are rooming with others, only one housing reservation should be made by one of the individuals staying in the room. The designated person will be able to list the other occupants on their housing reservation page. Duplicate reservations on other registration forms could result in hotel room cancellation fees for no-shows.
